Service Description
This is a 3 step approach to grab ahold of your nutrition. Step 1: Sit down with a coach to review your current eating habits. Please come with a 3 day food journal (what you ate, what time you ate, and the quantity of what you ate and drank for every meal for 3 days). This will significantly make step one more productive. Step 2: Then specifically review and define your goals. This means setting hard dates and outcomes while defining realistic timelines for those to be accomplished. Step 3: Lastly but not least, go through the calculations necessary to determine how many calories you should consume per day to feed your goals. With this knowledge you will have a plan of attack to Feed Your Nutrition Goals!

To cancel or reschedule any session please contact us 24hrs in advance. Any session canceled after 12hrs advanced notice will forfeit that session.
